be on site the same day, usually within our 2 hour goal. How many companies even attempt
to offer that? You're lucky if they get to your site in 2 days. How
much money did you just spend on employee idle time. You get the drift, our job is to equip
your practice with the tools to cut costs; that includes SERVICE! Emergency Service is
included with the Total Site Maintenance Plan and the Emergency Service Plan. These plans
are customized for your practice so please call for more details.

MD-Net's Technical Support will be on the phone in person with your designated practice contact
within minutes to help you resolve any issues. You may call, email, or page technical support. If that does not solve
the problem, we will attempt to fix the problem with remote administration. If we cannot solve
the problem remotely, we will send out an MD-Net Technician ASAP to your practice.
Usually, we are on site within 2 hours of contact, often sooner, and we guarantee to be there
the same day, or THE SITE VISIT IS FREE. We will also facilitate communication with any
third party vendors, and look out for your practice's best interests in these communications.
* - Practice must have signed a Total Site Maintenance Plan with MD-Net or Emergency Service Plan.
